We mentor the people who carry HSEC.
HSEC Mentor is senior, ongoing mentoring for HSEC teams in mining and high-risk industry. It's grounded in a biopsychosocial approach to injury and worker wellbeing, and a contemporary read on psychosocial hazard under WHS law. We don't replace your people. We make them stronger, so workers go home in better shape.
